Dreams - Erdington

I found the perfect beds at Dreams.. I tried many other stores but they didn't have the bed style and size that I wanted.. I instantly seen the beds that I was looking for.. The staff are very friendly and placing my order in store was so quick and easy.. I would definitely recommend Dreams to family and friends..

My first visit to the Sore was with my son looking for a mattress and sales assistant Amy greeted us (Castle Bromwich in Birmingham). She was very friendly and after learning what were looking for immediately pointed out the items to look at and try out. She also offered refreshments which was welcomed and we went away with ideas in mind. We looked at other mattressess and although the one at Dreams was more expensive we returned the following day and was attended to by Amy. We put an order in right away due to the fact she was genuinely a very pleasant person and treated us how I'd expected to be treated.

we wanted to see the bronze bedstead but it wasnt in the store, however we found a lovely wooden white bed which was perfect. Amy came to our assistance and was very knowledgeable about the features and benefits of the slats and quickly found out the delivery times. she was very clear outlining what will happen upon delivery offering us the option of having the bed built for us, but we didnt need that. she was very easy to talk to and we felt she genuinely had our interest at heart. she delivered outstanding customer care and clearly is an asset to Dreams.

Everything was easy to find and service was quick

the help was very good did not push me into buying certain products but showed me good products

The salesman was very helpful and gave us some good advice the overall sale was quick and easy and we are very pleased with what we have purchased
