The staff member, Store Manager Rick new exactly what we needed, he made us a cup of coffee each while sorting the order out for us, allowing to be seated while he went through the details and set out payments up. It made it all really smooth and quick and easy.

Sam listened to our needs and as we haven't bought a mattress for some years she explained what types were on offer and gave us a detailed description of how each type differed. We were encouraged to try as many as we wanted without feeling uncomfortable. We were also advised on pillows which made a lot of sense. Sam was very friendly and genuinely interested in us purchasing the best option not necessarily the most expensive.

Andy demonstrated excellent customer service, his manner was attentive without being overbearing ask sufficient questions without being intrusive and was able to give the information required when asked. He was pleasant without being over familiar. The store was well presented, clean, bright however the music playing at the time did not seem to chime when trying a range of beds and trying to relax, I did like it though! A very easy and comfortable shopping experience, thank you.

The helpfulness of the staff and encouragement to try out product

We were served by Chris who was wonderful. He guided us through the different bed frames that suited our need and once we had selected those took us through mattresses. He was very patient and took our comments on board showing us mattresses that satisfied both me and my boyfriend. We eventually walked out having bought a mattress I can't wait to sleep on - but it wasn't what we first thought we wanted and we wouldn't have found it without Chris!

we were confused as to which bed to have as we needed it for a spare room. Amy was very knowledgable and explained the difference between each mattress.
