Tracey was really helpful and not pushy. Let us take our time and look wasn't rushing is even though it was nearly closing time. She made our visit very easy and stress free.

Understanding and knowledgable staff

We were greeted by Sam - very friendly and helpful approach. She assisted us with the information we needed and then left us to consider the options. By the time we had decided, Sam was tied up with another customer so we were offered help by Tracey who was equally helpful and efficient. She answered our queries well and processed the order efficiently. They both showed interest in and interacted with our 5 year old daughter - and we were even offered drinks which was lovely.

Sam was amazing. Friendly, welcoming, understanding, and a brill sales person. She even upsold me some pillows. Well they were comfortable after trying them. She was not pushy. Allowed me to send photos and totally understood my needs. Excellent coffee by the way. Thanks.

I was treated with respect courtesy and humour.alternatives were explained and differences clarified.as a registered disabled customer I was made aware of financial benefits that I did not know that I could benefit from.

I went in twice a week apart and the assistant Tracy remembered me and my family as she had shown the girls the massage bed so I could browse and she also remembered details of what I was after, my experience at another bed store of a 2 months delay in delivery and another 60 days delay via text message before I got a refund. Tracy was very attentive and helpful in helping me get the right bed and fast delivery within a week and service with a smile... Thank you
