Sam was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I was looking for a mattress for my daughter and when she realised I didn't want to spend £500 on one my daughter liked she found another one for £250 that my daughter was just as happy with.

The items I wanted were an end of the range line so I was able to get a discount on the package.

Assistant was very knowledgeable about all the items available and was willing to spend time with us listening to find out what we wanted from the bed, I felt very confident about asking all questions and the advice given was no way pressurised but we were allowed to decide at a leisurely pace . A very nice welcome was also given to us.

Sales assistant was very helpful. Even gave us pillows equivalent to what we have a home to test with the potential mattresses. A very helpful move and one that made us purchase the mattress there and not at the previous two shops.

I visited the store on a couple of occasions whilst researching what bed & mattress to buy. All the staff I came across were very friendly and informative. No pressure to buy at any point which I liked.
