Assistant Andy very helpful and knowledgable about the products. At no time did we feel rushed, it was a relaxed and friendly experience. We were also offered a drink. He seems a very kind and careing person. A credit to your company.

As soon as I walked into the store 'Rebecca' approached me in a timely and friendly manner. She asked my needs and gave me time to browse around by myself. When I needed her assistance she was available and provided all the information needed. I was very happy with the service and left making a great purchase on a bed for my son. Overall great customer service.

The reason for giving Highly Satisfied is due to the excellent customer service we were given by Clair in this store, she made our in-store experience very enjoyable during our visit and made us feel very comfortable the whole time. We were offered drinks while we were waiting for our order to be placed and gave us the option to experience lying on the bed computer, very satisfied with this store and our order.

We were greeted by Donna who was helpful from the get go, she listened to all our requirements and made it easy for us with our budget. She was engaging and friendly and we felt completely satisfied with our purchase once we left the store. Donna made us feel at ease, she had a great relationship with her colleagues and with us. We hope to meet Donna in icmeler sometime. If we can ever leave our new bed!!

Once Rebecca had established what we wanted she tried very hard to offer us the best combination of base and mattresses for the size we wanted at a good price

The advisor Clair was very patient and understanding with my 89 year old father. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience stress free and efficient for bothy father and myself.
