The shop assistant Tracey was very helpful and knowledgable of the products for sale. Tracey ensured that we got the right product for us she wasn't pushy or opinionated she was very helpful. Tracey made the experience easy and relaxed she is a credit to the dreams store.

Looking for a bed frame and mattress. The assistant, Sam, was very helpful and knowledegable. She explained the differences between the types of mattresses so I was able to make a decision and helped us choose the right bed frame for my son. She was very pleasant and offered a hot drink.
