The location of the store is not far from where we live, the pricing was clearly shown, and a cross section of the product was displayed next to the mattress to enable you to see the internal of the mattress you are thinking of purchasing, this kind of information helps you to decide whether this product is right for you.

Your representative, Tracey, was attentive without being pushy. She explained things clearly. We then went to Benson's for a price comparison. We came back because Tracey's service was very good.

The colleague in store was helpful without being pushy. After needing a new bed for some time we have decided to go for a top end bed at the very top of our budget, a Tempur bed. The colleague agreed to let us have a Tempur pillow for free which are £84.49 each. It might not seem much when compared with the amount we spent overall but her agreement to do this was appreciated and a factor in us going ahead with the sale and purchasing other sundry products whilst in store such as sheets and duvet covers, etc

The assistant was very good and even kept the store open till late so I could place my order

Loved the way that we were encouraged to get pillows to get the best sleep experience. Staff made us tea and felt really relaxed and unpreasured. 10/10

We recived a very friendly and helpfull service without feeling like we was being given the hard sell. The sales assistant was able to answer any and all questions we asked and made us feel as if we was the only customer there. She did not rush us to make any decision and gave us all the information we needed.
