The attention, knowledge and the amount of time the dreams store assistant (Chris ) spent with me while I was trying to decide on which mattresses to purchase I was very impressed.

Tracie was very helpful and understood our needs. We had the kids with us and as always the kids were bord, but the staff was happy for them to watch the television which made it easier for us to shop.

The Laday name Amy was very helpful, she greeted us soon as we arrived offered help, as we wanted to just to have a look we told her that we wasn't sure If we gonna make the purchase today, but even after that she was very polite and offer us tea and coffee while we was looking, after finding our perfect mattress we called her over and ask for some information, again she was very polite and her knowledge was impressive. She helped us to get the best price. Loved the experience and would go back in the future.

I went into the store intending to see what was available. Andy approached me and I told him that I wanted a king size bed for a spare room. I was shown several beds of differing prices and quality. I decided what I wanted, and the rest of the transaction was completed efficiently. All in all, a pleasant experience
