The customer service was excellent, Tracey was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient whilst listening to our experiences and concerns. Explained the colour code system as we entered and gave us space to absorb the products in our own time, before further assisting, at our request (dislike pushy sales persons). Everything was done in a calm, relaxed and professional manner, and we even had a cup of tea! Would happily go back to store for future purchases.

Assistant very helpful without being pushy

Assistant was polite and friendly and went out of her way to answer our questions.

Service in store was good and the assistant was knowledgeable. However. I am blind and wasnt happy that i would have to pay for assembly service. This being free would have been a nice gesture

The assistant initially left me to browse, before asking if I needed any help. She also took my goods to the car.

The assistant knew exactly what he was talking about and had very good knowledge of matteresses. He gave us all our options without any pressure to add things we didn't want, we never once felt pushed. We were going to shop around but felt we didn't need to.

The knowledge, helpfulness, time spent and patience of the sales assistant with us is what made us purchase the matress when we did.

Quick and efficient service, pleasant assistant, cheerful and chatty. Good advice given.

The staff members were friendly and efficient wihout being "pushy" . The store was very welcoming and spaced out.
