Tracey one of your colleagues was amazing and very helpful as i could not make my mind up.

We were very happy with our visit to Dreams. We found the matress we wanted, we had an excellent sales assistant, Tracey, who was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She answered all our questions and concerns, there was no rush for us to make a decision and she clearly wanted us to make the choice that was right for us. She was excellent and made our experience very fruitful and enjoyable.

The friendliness and knowledge of the assistant

The salesman Andy was very interested (obviously) in our requirements and helped us with our search for a bed. He wasn't fazed by our telling him we would be going to a nearby different bed store to see what they had to offer; and when we did return an hour later, he appeared (like the shopkeeper in Mr Ben) without any 'pushyness', remembering our requirements and sold us the bed we wanted. He was very good.

I was very satisfied with the service and help I got from dreams buying a new bed, very helpful quick and easy, I felt very welcome.

Sam welcomed us as soon as we walked in and allowed us some time to browse before coming over at the perfect time to explain pricing and types of beds. We were looking for a divan bed with a front draw due to where the bed would be in our room but she suggested ottoman which opens half way which is great as it has more storage and as the bed would be in the loft conversion the full opening ottoman wouldn't fit with the sloping ceiling. Great suggestion from Sam we are very happy with purchase she also explained the 8 year cover which is fantastic. She made great coffee and was friendly with great conversation. She made us feel comfortable and not pressured unlike most sales people. We will definitely recommend Dreams and will shop with Dreams again.Sam is a great representative of what the brand stands for which I believe is quality productand service.

Amy who was our assistant during the purchase was very knowledgeable and helpful about the product and she looked after us very well even down to making us a cup of coffee

We initially went in and Rick came over to assist us in making a decision on which mattress to go for. He asked questions about what we were after and showed us which products were suitable. He didn't hassle us whilst we tried different items, but was around if we needed extra advice. When we said that we couldn't decide between two, he informed us of the differences and benefits of both which helped us to decide. Due to time restrictions, we then had to leave so I did look at ordering online when I got home. However I did feel that they had given me all the advice so I wanted to go back and order with them personally in store. When I went back to order the mattress in question, Amy was really polite, helpful and explained how the whole ordering system worked and the offers that were running at the time of ordering, which although I didn't take her up on at the time, I went back the following day to purchase bedding adding another £102.00 onto the amount I eventually spent in store. Very polite people and informative without being pushy. Just the way I like to make my purchases.
