The lady that served us, Tracey, was very welcoming, knowledgeable and took time to understand what we wanted.

Very helpful and friendly staff not pushy left us for a while to try mattresses before returning to give loads of information.

A lady called Michelle assisted me on both my visits. Extremely helpful and knew her job very well. I decided today that I may have been a little hasty in the mattress I chose so I rang and asked if I could pop back and change my order - the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was also extremely helpful and said it wouldn't be a problem. Excellent service that I shall definitely be recommending.

Store had a good variety in choice of products, lead times were reasonable as were the prices and the assistance offered was perfectly pitched. The salesman saw we were contemplating a couple of products and approached to offer information to help us make a decision between the them and also explained the 40 day comfort guarantee offer and the 8 year insurance policy the store also offer. He was informative but not pushy or intrusive; leaving us with privacy to try and decided for ourselves after supplying us with the relevant information we needed to choose the right product for us.

Sales assistant allowed me to browse for a few minutes before approaching me. She knew the type of bed I was looking for and was very helpful, so much so that I returned to the same store the following day to place my order. Staff were polite and informative and extremely helpful.
