We were given the chance to repeatedly try different and similar products over and over again without Andy becoming impatient . He had good knowledge of the full range of products and was able to answer all our questions and queries too . Andy had a professional and friendly manner throughout the whole shopping experience .

The assistant who helped us was highly knowledgeable and very friendly, advising us but also giving us time to discuss our needs. She was extremely efficient when completing our order/arranging delivery etc.

With the friendliness and professional understanding of assistant explaining about the way beds were made how many springs were in mattress and general ease it was to buy bed with no stress

Quick efficient knowledgeable

I was In a hurry and the sales person quickly explained the difference between mattresses. He also tracked down a previous mattress which was bought a couple of years ago which I am very happy with to marry it up to your mattresses of today. Overall an excellent service!

Was assisted in the Erdington store by Sam Kaur, absolutely brilliant experience Sam spent immense amount of time with myself and my family making sure we were happy with the products and constantly asking if we understood and were satisfied. Also being pregnant I was allowed to use the their toilets which was very sweet of them and being asked for beverages was very sweet of them. Very happy and pleased with the service.

We had an idea of what we wanted but not were shown other products which better met our requirements. Service was very good and efficient.
