We were after a certain mattress the stalls assistant took us straight to the product . Left us to talk then took us to sign for what we wanted .

The colleague helping us on the day, Amy, was fantastic. We didn't have a specific bed in mind when we walked in, but after she took time to understand our needs, Amy picked out a bed that ended up being the one we brought. She couldn't have been more helpful, and I'm so happy with the purchase we made.

The Sales person Chris wasn't too pushy gave us plenty of time to browse then when we needed help explained all the different options .

WELL LAID OUT STORE, ASSISTANCE FROM SALES PERSONNEL (TRACEY) WITH THE STRUCTURE OF THE MATTRESSES, AND OUR REQUIREMENTS FROM A MATTRESS. NO PRESSURE, GIVEN PLENTY OF TIME TO TRY THE MATTRESSES.

The store assistant (Andy) was very helpful and knowledgeable and took time with us whilst we chose the bed and mattress we wanted. The sale price of the bed was also very good.

I received good customer service,very friendly attentive staff and i also got the bed ive dreamt of for ages at a brilliant bargain comfy and unique.
