Very polite & helpful

I went in when the store was quiet, however I was greeted by Tracey and made to feel welcome. From the outset Tracey asked me what my requirements were and showed me a number of options related to my budget, for a new mattress. She gave a pillow to replicate how I would feel in bed which was really beneficial. Tracey then gave me time alone to test the mattresses that I showed an interest in.I Selected the one most suited to my needs and made payment. Tracey explained about delivery and after sales. I was completely satisfied by my visit. No problems no un wanted sales pitch, just good all round experience. Thank you.

Great customer service, very knowledgable with the most friendly, yet funny assistant. Catered for both mine and my husbands needs and we are both very satisfied with the product and service that we recieved. I will be going back to dreams with customer service like that with great promotion I sure will be recommending my family and friends to dreams particularly the dreams in castle vale birmingham. Excellent service assistant.

The sales assistant Amy was really good. We told her the sort of beds that we had been researching, then she showed us those beds in the store and similar products. She was not pushy and gave us time alone to try the beds etc. She was very knowledgeable and made us aware of things we had not thought of. Her assistance certainly had a factor on us purchasing a bed with yourselves (especially after having a pushy sales assistant at Furniture Village).

I went into the shop with a photo of my existing mattress and asked for the same again. I was taken straight to what i asked for but it didn't feel right - Andy took me round the mattresses he thought i would like until i found what i needed. He assisted me with pillows and extra protection of my mattress in case of damage. Very pleased altogether - was in and out of the store in no time.

The store was well laid out and easy to browse. Staff were on hand to be of assistance but were not overly attentive. Questions were answered quickly and easily and the purchase paperwork was completed efficiently.

I was worried on arrival at the store that the sales approach would be pressurizing and heavy handed, but this wasn't the case at all. Amy was warm, welcoming, knowledgable and helpful; encouraging us to lie down on matresses that we took an interest in and understanding our needs . We had our 2 year old baby girl with us, who at the sight of all the beds, took off her shoes and was climbling everywhere. We were apologetic to staff but they were welcoming and hospitable to her.
