Dreams - Erdington

Excellent service,got everything i needed ,the 2 ladies really helped me and andy gave me great service .it would of been nice to maybe have thrown in some nice pillowsfor me ,considering i spent a far amount .still its not too late ,thanks to all pat storer.

Shopping for a new bed for my son.. The store assistant took the time to find out what he wanted, did the mattress assessment to find the best mattress for him. We’d missed the bed he wanted to order, as we’d walked passed it, thinking it was online only, but she took us to see it. She was an extremely warm, knowledgable lady, who was a delight to deal with.

When I arrived at your store in Erdington, I was greeted by Tracey who was extremely welcoming and wore a big smile. I explained what type of mattress I was looking for and the budget I had in mind. She took time to show me a range of products to suit my needs and I felt comfortable to ask any questions I needed to. She arranged a delivery date and time that was perfect for me and because of her warm nature, I would recommend your erdington store to all of my family and friends.

Donna was very helpful and provided a lot of information and advice.

I’ve been to the dreams shop in erdington twice. Once for my sons bed a few years ago and lately for myself. Both times I was served by rebecca who is such a lovely member of staff. She knows her stuff and is always so kind and helpful

We were greeted at the door by Tracey and asked whether we were shopping for beds or mattresses. She explained the colour coding for mattresses and offered us the assessment for the correct mattress. All covid precautions were explained regarding the pillow covers. Tracey continued to explain each of the mattresses offered from the assessment and we tried them all. Tracey then left us to talk and retry any of the beds. Tracey however was available for any questions and even physically showed us, by bouncing vigously on the mattress, to clearly show the benefits of the tempur mattress. We never felt rushed As a considered purchase, however, we never felt pressured to buy this more expensive mattress. The placement of the order was again under covid restrictions but nevertheless did not take long. Tracey kindly upgraded the pillows as well without us knowing until after. We accepted the bottle of water that was offered. The whole experience was great and would certainly reccommend you to friends and family.
