Dreams - Erdington

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service received on my visit. I have been looking for a bed and firstly visited a different Dreams store and various other bed stores where although I was satisfied with the service received, I went away to think about the product. I then returned to a different Dreams store (Erdington) where I was served by Amy who talked me through everything I needed. I went away and had a think and on my return to this store 2 weeks later, she remembered who I was and what products I had been looking at. I felt she was highly knowledgable in all products I was looking at and instantly had an understanding of what kind of products I was after. I went in without any knowledge of Tempur, came away and did some research then went back in and posed these questions to Amy who knew the answers and I didnt feel like I was being fobbed off for a quick sale. She wasn't pushy in any way and left me to think where I needed to but was also there to answer all questions I had. Amy is definately a credit to you stores and I would recommend any of my family/friends to visit this particular store and be served by her. Thankyou.

the store was beautiful and clean, member of staff amy was professional and friendly/ excellent customer service. nothing was to much trouble. recommend to friends and family .

The lovely lady Tracy, whom we dealt with was very good and excellent in terms of the sale. Also, she provided us good information as well as recommendation leading to the sale taking place and personally I would highly recommend Dreams as their service and quality of products are at an high quality.

The entire visit was very good, starting with the help from the Assistant to ease of ordering and paying.

The staff where very knowledgeable about the products on sale and could recommend the best type of mattress. Andy was very friendly and helpful through the entire visit and we didn't feel under pressure to buy anything from the store and even when we declined the very expensive insurance still carried on being happy and helpful.

We entered the store and the staff were very polite and let us browse without being over bearing. When we were ready for assistance the staff were there on hand. Tracey (the sales assistant) was great and worked out what matress we required with ease and just to check, let us try others just incase. She even gave us pillows to try (which we bought a pair of). Her knowledge of the product range was great and helped us make an informed choice and didn't push anything on us we didn't want.

I went into this store knowing that I wanted a TV bed. I was approached by a member of staff straight away who was polite, helpful, funny and knew what she was talking about rather than me thinking "just leave me alone". She made my visit enjoyable and made me and my partner feel at ease. She talked us through our options and we left the store happy with what we had wanted and even said to each other that the member of staff made it easy and worth while.

as soon as walked in the store andy greeted me and my wife a guided tour and a cup of tea ,we had already chosen our bed frame on line so andy showed us all the options of mattresses which was so confusing when we looked in other stores ,but andys product knowledge put us at ease and we chose the right mattress that was best for us so a big thank you to andy for his excellent service and we are looking forward to our new bed. kind regards steve and jackie davies

Had researched products,bed frame and mattress,on line before purchasing.Prefered to buy in store so I could try. Amy knew exactly what I described to her and made it very easy.

The store was clean an laid out well and all staff we came into contact with smiled and said good morning. Andy, the staff member that helped us, was knowledgeable and attentive and recommended the bed we hadn't noticed that we eventually bought. He then also matched the online offer of free delivery which was a nice gesture and explained the terms of the insurance well without putting undue pressure on us to buy it. Overall we're very pleased with this service that was given in the Kingsbury Road store.
