The staff were very friendly & informative. They helped me quickly narrow down the products that suited my requirements & seemed to have extensive knowledge on each product. I didnt feel rushed or pushed into making a purchase.

Rick was very professional and answered all my questions very thoroughly concerning my prospective purchase.

Tracey our assistant was very helpful and informative. She dismantled and packaged the product by herself and ensured that all fittings were given. Despite it being the end of the working day she kept very cheerful and gave great customer service which is always a plus.

The process of choosing a bed suitable for our needs with such a wide choice, was made simple by the knowledge of the staff and their willingness to listen to our questions and help us make the right choice.

We were approached by an assistant called Amy - who offered her help but said she would leave us to browse. She was on hand to guide us around the various mattresses and answered all our questions, but left us to make our own judgement. Her advice was very valuable and she asked us sensible questions, but was not at all pushy. As I suffer from quite severe back problems I said I wanted to seek the advice of my chiropractor that afternoon. She said she would help us on our return and she wrote everything down for us to take with us. She was there when we returned a few hours later but again left us to try the mattresses again until we made our final decision. Once we had the actual purchase was very quick and very easy.

The personal attention given to us and her extensive knowledge, we were very impressed.

Big thanks to Amy who was a great help. We had no real idea what we were looking for and Amy patiently guided us through our options. We did end up spending more than we intended but think it was the right decision & we are very happy with our new comfy bed! Thanks again to Amy for a good experience. Amy was very helpful and took the time to inform us regarding the different beds that Dreams have and the right mattress we need. As well as she informed us the regarding the payments options we could take. She was very helpful and making our customer experience perfect. We had the feeling that she had a lot of knowledge and tailor her knowledge to our needs. She didn't showed us things that was not answering our needs. As well we we're greeted very friendly and the products that we could choose from was all displayed in the store. We could see what we we're buying and Amy give us the options to buy other products that are coming with the bed as well. In other words - Amy gave us a very good experience in Dreams and we are coming back for other thing that we still need.

The staff was Samander at Kingsbury Store she was very informative and looked after us very well.
