Priced matched the product, good delivery waiting time, extremely friendly and helpful staff, clear layout of the store in terms of hardness of the mattresses what was brilliant.

Coustmer services was very satisfying. Very quick didn't have too wait around,or look for assistance.

Andy was polite, helpful, friendly and his customer service is perfect. All my kids bed was bought from dreams so this is not the first thing I am buying from dreams but the first time spending so much money at once. I do hope I enjoy the comfort of my bed when they deliver.

The staff were Welcoming and knowledgable. We were also offered a cup of tea.

I received a warm welcome as soon as I walked through the door, when I explained to the lady that I was unsure what I was looking for she asked me a few questions and then explained to me what might be best for me

I didn't have any deposit and it was agreed I could still purchase and order without this and at 0% interest at an affordable repayment rate. The assistant was very helpful and I had my daughter in law and toddler grandchild with me who needed the toilet and the assistant arranged for them to use the toilet. Overall I was very satisfied and excited and looking forward to the delivery of my new bed. I only went in to look and came out havng ordered!

on entrance we walked in and had a browse. the assistant approached me and asked if I was ok. the assistant shown me a range of beds and mattresses. after a while we concluded to a mattress, a bed frame, a pillow and a mattress protector. after arranging the final details for delivery, payment and terms and conditions. I paid for my goods and left the shop. I hope my delivery is as satisfying as my visit to dreams.

The staff at the branch in castle vale were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The sales assistant Amy rang around for me to locate items of furniture which I wanted buy and kept the communication line open every step of the way. When I went in to collect furniture everyone was aware of who I was. The handsome manager loaded item into my car. Cannot remember is name a overall good experience for me a very good team at that branch
