Dreams - Erdington

It is (too) many years since I last bought a bed. I had little knowledge of what to buy or what price to pay. I was shown a range of beds of varying quality and price and allowed to test them, which is always an awkward experience. I used a tempur pillow similar to one I use and was free to 'bounce' on as many beds as I wished. After going back to the first one several times I bought it. The salesman, Andrew, was attentive without being pushy in any way. He didn't suggest one brand over another and was knowledgeable. I didn't fully intend buying a bed on mu first visit, but did.

The sales assistant was fantastic. Not too pushy but always ready to answer questions we had. She in no way made us feel pressured to purchase anything and allowed us time to think through exactly what we wanted. The price we paid for the bed seems superb and we are looking forward to the delivery date!

Friendly, knowledgeable,no pressure, salesperson. Speedy transaction, delivery date arranged, all in all a good experience. This is my second bed purchase at Dreams and would recommend to family and friends.

The customer service was fantastic, the sales assistant Andy understood what me and my partner was looking for and the price was really good too. Overall really happy.

Amy looked at what I needed and the type of mattress I was looking for and offered me a few options I never thought of and was impressed with the recommendations she gave me. very patient for me to make up my mind.

Quality and assistance got me the mattress I wanted In no time at all.

The assistant was happy to help us try a mattress on a divan base instead of a wooden slatted base which made all the difference to the mattress. He was keen and helpful.
