Having looked on line I had a general idea what to look for. I explained this Sam she showed us several d/ottoman beds. Which I was pleased about because I didn't want to make the wrong choice.

Rick, the store manager at Ravenside Retail Park was very helpful and directed me to the Sealy beds. I explained I was replacing a Sealy zip and link bed and required storage drawers and memory foam topper. I chose a suitable mattress and then Rick showed me a head board which was x-display and at a very competitive price. Unfortunately I think it is going to be too tall for the Hammond fitted bedroom furniture in our bedroom makeover. I'll wait and see because I really like it. I arranged a delivery date and was impressed by the 40 day mattress exchange scheme which is a really good idea.

We came the store with 4 kids. Amy helped us choose a bed but also helped with the kids and we was there that long they needed the toilet. Overall happy with everything and the deal we got.

I was satisfied with the service given and the discount received.. I was explained the offers available and understood what was available to meet my circumstances. The member of staff was friendly and felt that I was not rushed into purchasing my product.

Andy was brilliant! We visited the store twice; the first time he was on hand to give advice, recommendations and help us find the right products, the second time he helped us to make final decisions regarding the mattress choice and payment options etc and to purchase the products. The value for money at dreams is excellent and we even returned later to purchase additional pillows because we were so impressed with the pillow/mattress quality. Andy was really friendly, patient and helpful; we felt truly cared for and it is because of this that we will be returning to purchase additional furniture, mattresses etc for our other two bedrooms. The rest of the shop team were also very friendly and welcoming on both occasions. Overall, excellent service and great value for money! Cant wait for our products to arrive!

Lucy, the sales assistant, know her product well and was able to give informed and relevant advice. She completed the transaction efficiently and with a friendly demeanour.
