Dreams - Erdington

The service I received was very good and the sales assistant was very helpful and friendly and I received good advice on which product to buy, I didn't feel pressured in any way which makes a pleasant change.

Over the last 40 years, we have always turned to Dreams when replacing beds, bedding, bedroom furniture, etc. because of their excellent customer service and products. Dreams have never disappointed us. We recommend Dreams to family and friends who, I know have also been customers in the past.

This was the 4th item I had bought from Dreams, I needed a mattress for my other new bed and as I had already bought a mattress and was using it and very satisfied I came back for another.

Excellent friendly service. We were greeted by Andy who then let us browse at our leisure (which its what we like to do, nothing worse than someone following you round). We eventually decided we liked the Tempura range & Andy was able to give us guidance on which was the firmest mattress in the range. He also ask if we would like to see the instore demonstration of the tempura bed, this was so relaxing & we were sold. Great job Andy & dreams excellent visit to the store would highly recommend to friends & relatives.

There was not a lift in store and I have a young child however the stairs had banisters on both sides

The service provided by Lucy was above and beyond expectations. She was highly knowledgeable regarding the products as well as incredibly friendly and polite. We were very impressed with the service provided and would recommend the store to friends and family.

We went into the store to price up a mattress for our grand daughters bed .My husband had been talking about a tempur mattress for some time and I suggested that whilst we were in the store to try one we both lay on the bed in the room and watched the video after Sam talked to us about the different mattress's and to cut a long story short we bought two both the staff were very helpful knowledgeable and very pleasant
