The assistant was outstanding and very patient

I went to buy 2 beds and 2 mattresses and that's what I brought, Amy was very helpful and we didn't have to spend hours waiting around..

From the moment I stepped in I was greeted and offered refreshments by the members of staff working and made me feel very welcome and comfortable in the store. The knowledge shown by the employees was second to none and they couldn't have been more helpful and reassuring in regards to my purchase which helped make me feel I was definitely making the right purchase. The transaction went extremely smoothly and quickly finished and out the store within 10-15 minutes no hassle at all exactly what I expected and exactly what I got. One extremely satisfied customer thank you!

My partner and I walked in went straight over to the TV beds had the look at the one I wanted was so happy it was same price as on line.Assistant came over i asked whether i needed help asked whether that price was same for Oatmeal colour she said yes.Amy said would you like a drink whilst i looked around i said thank you.Anyway i bought the Evolution T1 she asked whether i needed a mattress i said i already had one she also offered me the 10 year insurance which i took recieved my mattress protector drank my coffee told Amy i would be ordering a Sandhurst bed and a mattress to which i did over the phone which is neing delivered to my place in Burnham on sea.One very happy Bunny.

We have been served by very nice Amy. She was well prepared, very friendly and had appropriate knowlegde. Thanks to her we have understood our needs and were able to chose the best option for us. We have spent very nice time in the shop but also the service and order time was not too long. We are very happy with the shopping made in Dreams.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, giving is all of the right information, yet not being too pushy as we had found in other bed retailers and had put us off. We were happy with the price and quality of the product.

All the staff were very friendly & efficient. Amy was very knowledgeable & spent time understanding what we needed. The relaxing/ sleep Tempur room was a delight & gave us time to decide & feel if this was the mattress style we wanted. We felt no pressure to pick quickly & I cannot recommend & compliment Amy & Andy enough. The other member of staff also checked we were ok. The offer of tea/coffee is a good idea. We are thoroughly happy so far & can only hope that this standard follows right through to delivery. Please pass on our thanks to all staff there & I feel that without their knowledge & lovely demeanour this could have very stressful. We did not consider looking anywhere else (which we normally would have done) as we were dealt with in a courteous, professional & knowledgable manner. Delighted. Andy dealt with the paperwork & made it so easy for us.. So again I cannot praise Amy & Andy enough.

I approached the sales assistant Amy, who was more than happy to help. I explained that I needed a bed that could be lifted up so that you could store things inside. She showed me a range of different frames from the cheapest to the most expensive explaining the benefits of each. Once I had selected my frame she explained all about the different styles of mattresses. I asked her for a recommendation as I wanted one that was very comfortable and would last me for a log time. She took me to a Booth that had two of the very latest mattress for us to try, she asked us if we wanted to try them and asked if we wanted to have a tea or coffee in bed. We eagerly agreed thinking these must be very special mattresses. The experience was mind blowing, we had defiantly made up our minds and wanted to go for a Tempur Sensation style of mattress. I would recommend this to everyone, at least try it out! The payment plan was even 0% interest over 30 months! I couldn't complain, and left a happy chappy.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Dreams because all three members of staff who I had dealings with were very knowledgeable about their products and were extremely helpful. They were happy to spend time with me to ensure that I found the product I was looking for. They were also very patient as I took rather a long time making my choice. I was left to try the beds and never pestered but at the same time there was always someone ready to help me with any questions I had.
