Dan & Andy in the Erdington store were brilliant….extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, they made you feel relaxed and had lots of patience while we were trying out all the beds. Overall excellent service.

We were served by a very helpful assistant , who described your selection of beds.

the sales person gave me space and wasnt pushy, left me alone to try the mattresses with out standing over me, but was always availiable to give me advice once i got off the mattress.

I was greeted immediately and when told what I was looking for, shown what was available and what size of mattress I needed

We were buying an adjustable bed and we were not sure which to choose as its new to us, and Dan wa so helful and kind with us.

The sales assistant was extremely knowledgable in the products, he was helpful explained all the options that we had got with regards to the base the mattress and head board.

it was nice and easy to view products and the customer service was great

The sales assisant Chris was very friendly, had great knowledge of the products, wasn't pushy or overbaring and made great suggestions to suit my needs and budget. Overall great experience from Chris and rest of the team, including being offered refreshments
