Customer service was excellent from the minute we entered the store until we chose the bed that suited our needs. Loved the experience on the bed that tested how you lie and the pressure points in your body which told you what mattress that was best for you.

Donna was very helpful and quickly showed us to the bed match machine in order to fully understand our needs. She was very knowledgeable about the products on offer and was quick to answer any queries. Both Donna and the other member of staff in the store were very friendly and chatty and made us feel very welcome.

From going into the store the staff were extremely helpful. A lady named Lynne was most helpful and showed me exactly what I required.

The lady (Clair) that greeted and showed us around the store was so lovely and helpful. She was full of knowledge and able to answer all of our questions, she made the whole experience very smooth and easy. She was just great.

As someone who works in a hospital I have a great appreciation for individuals with good interpersonal skills. During my visit I was made to feel very welcome, the staff offered me a bottle of water on a hot day. Tracey had excellent product knowledge, a friendly temperament and a wonderful sense of humor. I enjoyed my conversations and left feeling satisfied with what I had bought and my experience at dreams.
