Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy or overbearing, especially Dan. Store was well laid out and colour coding system made it easy to narrow down the right bed for us. Payment options, delivery and T&C were explained clearly and being able to get our old bed taken away saves us a job too. All in all an easy going experience. Which in today's world is a nicemail thing in itself.
