Rick was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was quite specific about what I wanted and he found the perfect choice for me.

The store manager was grate (Rick) didn't feel pressured to buy this is what I liked but helped us find the right mattress. We went to the store a couple of weeks before and the staff was grate explained what too look for and then left us to look around no pressure what so ever this is why I returned to ur sore today to purchase the mattress as we ended up buying a bed off you a couple of weeks ago when we got home from ur store And hadn't made up my mind. I also went to benson for beds and hated it staff was really pushy and made me feel uncomfortable you have a lot better staff at your store.

The assistant was very helpful and talked me through all the options in detail. She answered my questions but wasn't pushy and gave me plenty of time to think and try the beds out in my own time etc. She was very knowledgeable and very pleasant and even made me a cup of coffee!

Friendly, very helpful staff

The shop itself was well presented clean, tidy and bright - very welcoming and all products well displayed. Dan who dealt with our questions and then the order was very knowledgeable and explained everything checking that we understood the finer details and was very pleasant and down to earth employee and enjoyed his job. Would definately come back.

We had time to select and try out mattresses without feeling pressured or rushed. My husband is disabled, so it is important that he has access and the mattress is suitable for him. The shop has disabled access downstairs and space for him to move comfortably using a small mobility scooter. We were very happy with the experience and salesmanship. The mattress has arrived at the appointed time and we look forward to a comfortable nights sleep. When we decorate our bedroom in the future, we will be returning to look for a new headboard.

The assistant was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was always at hand for guidance and advice without being overly attentive. I took ages to decide which bed was for us, we must have been in the shop for an hour, he just left us to it unless he thought we needed any advice. He was really good, I think his name was Dan.

We came to Dreams to order a replacement base for our bed. We were met by Amy when we came into your store; her communication skills are excellent, she is a credit to your business. Within no time we had found a replacement base and also ended up buying a new headboard!
