Dreams - Erdington

This is the third time we have returned to Dreams and have always been very happy with the products and service. We had visited the shop purely to have a look at the TV beds, with no intention of buying on that day. However, we ended up making the purchase. I prefer to be able to think about what I am doing, without feeling a pushy sales person is breathing down my neck. We really appreciated Dan's approach. He was helpful and full of knowledge regarding the product. He was also very helpful when it came to choosing the mattress and also showed us the cheaper alternatives to help us come under budget. He was extremely friendly and understanding and a pleasure to deal with. He didn't make us feel rushed and was happy to listen to my verbalised thought processes! Which is enough to make me happy! We have always used the Dreams at that location and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you!

the sales person showed us a few different divan beds and explained the different storage options we could have. we opted to go for a bed with a ottoman base with 2 extra drawers , Andy was polite and not pushy he offered us both a drink and also showed us some pillows that would suit us both as well

we came in looking at buying a new divan set, Andy showed us a few different beds, and listened to our needs and helped us find a bed that we liked. he wasnt push at any time and made us feel at ease he also offered us a drink

The products were in stock - one had been discounted `on special offer` Discount offered on damaged stock was only 10% and which wasn`t enough in my opinion. Therefore I preferred to buy new.

price was ok

I was highly satisfied because my customer service representative (Chris) was 100% honest with me and treated me well throughout the entire transaction.

As soon as I entered store staff were there to help answered all my questions and helped for an easy transaction

the sales assistant was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable of products also wheelchair access was good around the shop and the cup of tea was very welcome!
