The sales person was extremely welcoming and offered tea and coffee as we walked in the door. She let us browse through the store and offered assurance straight away once we chose the item.

i have shopped at many stores throughout my life ... I have NEVER experienced such lovely staff in all my years so happy so friendly and helpful not just to my wife and me but i could se how they were with other members of the public shopping in store The major point here to remember is I have a choice where and with whom I want to spend my money To spend it in Dreams seems Natural How lucky you are to have staff working for such a major name as Dreams ... these staff don't just work for your company they treat the store as if they owned it with pride abd care I really cannot find words to say how satisfied I was Recommend them ad Dreams to friends....... Already have and will continue to do so Thank you Dreams

The ease of finding the bed we required was a dream.

Staff were fabulous, extremely helpful and friendly, and would highly recommend the store in future based on great customer service.

Everything went smoothly and quick and assistant was very helpful patient and knowledgeable .

We were approached by Andy and he answered all questions we had and gave us a deal we were happy with-no fuss. Also made us a cup of tea! :-)

CHRIS the assistant was very helpful answered all our queries and didn't hard sell everything he listened to what we wanted and assisted us.The store was nice and clean and we'll organised and we were treated very well.
