We went in looking for 2 mattresses and came out with those plus a 10yr guarantee, a quilt and waterproof mattress protector

Daniel was very thoughtful and gave us the appropriate options

I got everything I wanted and a good price and amazing quality. Even when there was a issue with the bed. They changed it straight away and re fitted it together!

Needed more variety required

Customer service was excellent However the price I was quoted in store for a cinema bed differed greatly to the price online. I did not understand this discrepancy and did recall any prices on display in store - lack of transparency. I understand from the staff member there was a fire at the factory which made ordering/delivery times difficult.

Only reason for not being highly satisfied is Dreams are a little expensive

Nothings ever 10/10 is it lol

Never fully satisfied as improvements can always be made

I didnt say this so I dont understand why this question is here. The only negative was the price.

I bought a mattress and then opted also for pillow but was not anticipating spending £69 on pillow…cost not informed before payment
