The specific make of product was not stocked within store. I did not have the option of an email receipt. I made a mistake with remembering the order of my bank details. I was advised that everything had to be hand printed as the system locked out if this happened. However, my details were still taken and valid for the credit agreement therefore I am surprised in this age of technology that I am unable to have an electronic copy of my credit agreement and receipt.

I am satisfied, there's nothing particularly wrong. I was just disappointed that we couldn't get the items ordered during August, as I teach and will be back to work in September, forcing us into a Saturday order which was an extra £10. I'd have thought this would be offered free, given we were spending £1000. Also, we weren't given a delivery date for part of our order and was told we would be contacted the next day, which we weren't. Hopefully we'll be happy with the bed once we get it.
