It would have been better if the mattress was cheaper!

was hoping for a better price, could obtain the same price at other stores.

The questions are fairly subjective. It's difficult to conclude what would warrant the difference between satisfied or highly satisfied. To me satisfied is just fine.

The colleague who helped us was excellent. Her customer service, patience, knowledge, and friendliness were fabulous. The only thing that would've made the experience better is if the products were priced more competitively. We ended up over stretching our budget. But that is not the colleagues fault. Would've preferred a better deal/bundle offer on the price points.

We were quoted a price which included free take away if mattress. We then negotiated a slightly better price and when placing order the free take away of the mattress was no longer included very disappointing as I was spending a lot of money.

Always room for improvement, offers etc, could have done with a Mattress Protector which i forgot about, but wasn't offered

I had to seek out a member of staff to help me. I was not offered bed cover, or for old to be taken away

I knew what I wanted ,chose it without assistance although to be fair there were assistants around that I could go to. The only disappointment was that you have to take out insurance to have your old bed taken away this is why I was not 'highly satisfied'.

The bed I had purchased is good but not excellent. It was an air bed and the only problem is that it does go down very slightly. Overall is good.

OVERALL IT WAS V GOOD EXPERIENCE, STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL SPECIALLY TRACY WAS VERY HELPFULL
