The assistant Tracey was very helpful and took time to show us all of the options without being pushy. When we decided to purchase, although we were at another Dream store, we came back to the Erdington store so she was rewarded with the sale.

Very friendly assistance Donna. She was not pushy but made sure we were 100% satisfied with purchase. I had fallen out of my own bed a few days prior to purchasing my new bed. I had two black eyes and one of the assistants gave me a silk flower. So friendly and reassuring. Can't wait to get my new tempura bed to feel secure.

What can I say from the minute we walked in we was greeted by Donna and she was truly amazing spent time talking about what we were looking for .then when we found the bed we wanted .she spent ages with us sorting out a mattress all the time making sure cleanliness was taken care of and covering the pillows .it must have been the only time I've enjoyed parting with two grand thanks
