Had a computer problem with new system at store, caused a delay in completion, resulted in store assistance having to call their IT contact and other staff involvement. No sale discount on higher priced products such as one we purchased. Waiting time for deliver of twenty days.

Firstly we cannot comment any higher than satisfied at this moment in time because we have had to purchase a new mattress and Dreams was our local shop for this. We were satisfied with Andy who served us who was very professional and well informed regarding your products. As regard the product we have seen and tried it in the shop but await delivery so therefore we are hopefully confident in this product and thankful that dreams offer a 40 night return policy. Obviously after 40 nights and we do not return it then we would be highly satisfied with our purchase and Dreams as a company.

As soon as I opened the door , an assistant called across the shop floor ...good morning , can I help. It would have been good to be able to actually get in store before being shouted at 😀

The woman that served me, maybe Linda her name, was very nice but maybe a little too informal talking about needing the toilet with her colleague and commenting on how busy it was, I did also feel a little bit rushed at the end signing the agreement as soon as I said I would be making the purchase Don’t feel like I had enough time to properly read through the guarantee but otherwise a pleasant experience

I placed the order on the basis that the tempur range was well priced and because the salesman told me that there was a price match facility What was not made clear was that the particular mattress I ordered could not be price matched because of the "special" dreams cool cover fitted. I found the same model mattress at J Lewis at £131 cheaper with a lower old mattress disposal cost of £24.95 compared to your £38. I phoned your customer service and was told the mattresses could not be price matched because of the special cover. I do not believe £130 difference can be down to that cover . I asked to cancel the order but was cut off when the operator/agent tried to put me through I am letting the order continue as I don't want the hassle of going through the phone options again. I would like you to consider this unfair term within your product price match and make it clearer for the customers. It would be nice to think you would be reasonable as a company and make an offer of compensation due to the terms not being clear

We did have to wait a while to be seen though this was because assistants were with other customers. I was acknowledged though and the assistant apologised for the delay.
