Product are a bit expensive for me but high quality so deffinitly comfortable. Still waiting for delivery. almost month

Delay in applying for finance.

Delt with Tracy in store, She was very lovely and inviting willing to spend time to talk about our needs and finding products to suit both needs and budget. Tracy gave us all the options available to use and even explained the difference between all the different tempur matress so we could find the one that suited us best as we both have different medical needs. The only problem being that there isnt enough people in store to deal with all the customers and tracy had to keep dealing with alot of other customers, Maybe that was due to it being a bank holiday monday

To many add on costs felt like booking a flight

A stock item was not available to take home therefore an additional visit is needed

Donna was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and very understandable regarding my husband and my needs She also gives use advice and help us to make a suitable choice of our purchase

I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. HIGHLY SATISFIED IS SOMETHING I FIND VERY HARD TO ACHEIVE IN A REALISTIC WORLD, SOMETIMES STAFF CAN TRY TO HARD AND INSRTEAD OF HELPING THEY BECOMA A NUISENCE AND PUT YOU OFF. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE @ ERDINGTON. LADY VERY NICE &FRIENDLY & HELPFUL

I was in a rush and came on what I thought was the last day of the sale, few days later and the sale is still on, if I'd known that I could have come back and spent more time, knowing I have got what I really wanted instead of rushing, now I'm thinking of cancelling the order as know something else in store is more to needs or may cancel and not buy altogether

Very satisfied with the customer service of Tracey in the store. She was real friendly and had a bubbly personality. She helped me and my friend find the right beds to suit each of us, and I would recommend to friends and family.

Bought a mattress which was very uncomfortable , when returning it I was not offered any assistance when bringing it back into store , and could not get a refund .
