Customer service was excellent, the only thing what was disappointing is the fact is it will take 6-8 weeks for the bed

I thought that the styles and colours were not varied enough.

I was mostly highly satisfied with the shopping experience in this store. The specified delivery date is yet to come and that is what will seal my rate of approval should it be as agreed.

we were satisfied overall with the quality and service, lts the hidden extras that l dont like,insurance, and then having to pay to have the old mattress taken away when you have your own recycling centre,nothing on the website to tell people about that extra cost.

I was more than satisfied with the level of service dreams provided during my visit to the store .

Because everything was of a basic standard so I was satisfied.

Myself and my partner walked in on a Wednesday Evening - 2 sales people on duty, the male sales person didn't look up, the female said hello - we walked around the floor - the female assistant came up to us and asked if she could, what were we looking for, I said a double, she asked if anything in particular, said we were on a budget but my back gives me terrible trouble so needed something decent, she rolled her eyes at me and gestured for us to follow her, directed us towards to the 3 cheapest, 1 of which was nice- this is the 1 we bought - the others were terrible - no substance to them and the mattress was stained on one. the female looked as though she just wanted to go home and the male looked as though he'd lost all hope.

Helpful assistant good variety of beds although the size I was looking for was only available in one bed on display. But available on order so that was alright.

I purchased on line. The website only bought up Tempur products which were very expensive. Fortunately I had purchased 2 items recently and had visited the store so I knew you had more products. I had to keep changing my search until relevant items were found. It was time consuming and I almost gave up. This apples to your website only. My previous experience in your Erdington Store with Tracey was excellent, that's why I visited your website to make further purchases.

Almost makes the highly satisfied category, the staff were very good, the service excellent and the store well laid out. Not quite highly satisfied because of the price which I thought was a bit steep.
