I may have rated all of my questions more highly if I completed this survey after by bed had been delivered.

The main problem is the difficulty in not being able to state a morning or afternoon on the day of delivery

We only entered the store to browse but came out with over a £1000 bed. The store assistant Sandra was a very polite and knowledgeable. We were sold the bed after being in the store for 30 mins or so and looking forward to the delivery and many sleepless nights. Credit to Sandra she is an asset to Dreams. Thank you.

We would have liked an earlier delivery date as we could only have a Friday and there was a few weeks wait due to this.

Would have liked to see a cheaper price on the delivery and mattress disposal costs

We were told bed cover was £25 with a free mattress protector so we agreed. At home we realised we had been charged £45 and the cover did not seem worth it. We returned and cancelled the cover.

Having to pay for delivery of the new mattress plus he removal of old mattress seams a bit wrong due to the size and costs of the purchase. Also the price of a mattress in most cases was the same as a new bed plus mattress and some cases more expensive, which just feels wrong and left me feeling duped.

To be highly satisfied I would have left the store feeling I had got the best deal available anywhere, but my scepticism when I'm told "it's half price" lends me to believe the gross price has just been doubled and all I'm getting is the normal rate.
