Dreams - Erdington

The product I have ordered was not fully available in store and the description in the brochure was very minium no detail of the full range of product.

We were approached too soon by staff

I NEEDED TO AMMEND THE ORDER OVER THE TELEPHONE BUT COULD NOT DO THIS WITHOUT THE MANAGER BEING PRESENT SO I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY TO SORT THE ISSUE OUT

I am not highly satisfied with my experience because I wasn't told that Dreams have a non-cancellation policy. The bed we ordered wouldn't go up the stairs and I was told that I couldn't cancel the order, even though it wasn't my fault. I rang up the customer services team, who were very abrupt and rude and told me that I'd have to pay a significant amount of money to cancel the order. I would never shop from Dreams again.

I felt that £40 for delivery and £40 to collect old mattress was expensive. However when we indicated we would not make the purchase the store then did arrange to do both for £40

Over all I'm a happy customer, haven't rated highly satisfied as I am yet to try my goods bought.

The lady called Tracey who served us was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bed we required. Came away happy.
