Overall the experience was very good. One minor drawback was that the soft items such as the pillows, duvet and bed sheets could not be delivered with the bed frame and mattress, since the delivery drivers "won't take them" for some reason. Having no car myself, this did cause some slight inconvenience.

ordered the base then found out I had to pay for delivery on top of the expensive frame and then had to pay extra for slats.

Your salesgirl had a very friendly attitude towards us as customers and also a professional outlook on the products in store.

Hi, the service I received from the lady was Highly Satisfying. I'd say it was probably the price that made me the least satisfied- the jump in price between and a double bed and mattress to a king size was pretty big. We would also have liked to have not had to pay so much for delivery charges, when we're spending over £1000 on products, it would have been nice to throw in a free delivery. Other than the above, we were overall satisfied.

After the sales assistant explained what pillows might be best for us it wasn't until we checked our invoice that we realised the pillows were £85 each, I feel she should have at least mentioned the price alternatives before we were about to pay. my wife and I thought the price of these particular pillows was bordering on extortionate. Also on our invoice we've been charged £39 for delivery on a Saturday where on the invoice it clearly says Saturday delivery F.O.C. We haven't had chance yet to go back to the store to querie this.

Would have been nice to look around the store without a member of staff constantly with us or near us watching

We had to ask for assistance but once the sales lady realised that we needed help she couldn't do enough for us.

It is a bed shop and serves it's purpose for buying related products. I did not expect great things. Your pricing is often misleading having sales all the time. The product is bought was in a sale a week before I bought it and the price was on a countdown in the sale, I paid the same price for it. That suggests that you do not have sales on all year round. There is no need for this type of marketing as people will always need a bed.
