No specific reason really

Because when we first walked into store, we were not provided with assistance straight away. We had to seek out assistant even though the shop was very quiet and there were no other customers.

I ordered in Birmingham confirmed pickup at Gillingham store and picked up at Norwich. Very complicated but eventually worked out but stores did not communicate in the required manner but resolved eventually

The sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable but I had to prompt a lot for this, it was not openly given which would have been more helpful as I didn't know anything about mattresses. Also, there was no give on the prices which would have been nice to feel like a valued customer. I was in two minds about buying the mattress and nothing was really done to secure my business.

The only reason I'm dissatisfied is due to the availability of the mattress and having to wait a number of weeks for delivery.

I was purchasing a bed for a family member and was therefore quite happy with the service provided at the store. The delivery men were both very pleasant and efficient.

Despite the high visibility of sale and discount posters the item we required was not at sale price and only had minimum discount.

I just feel dreams could have knocked alittle more off the price has I was paying cash .. Or give me a pillow ..

If I am spending nearly £2000 on a bed frame and mattress I expect free delivery

Ordered two double beds only one was available to view in store. I realise the shop cannot stock all items but when buying it is nice to be able to see what your paying for.
