Dreams - Erdington

There was not pricing on some products meaning we had to ask for assistamce whilst we were trying to make our decision. There was also an unaccompanied child sat in the bed watching tv whilst we were trying to look at the bed meaning we could not look at storage etc. I felt like the store assistant was trying to push us towards the most expensive bed we liked instead of one that suited our needs.

The service I received was good and friendly. It's just very rare for me to give highly satisfied for anything

I was very satisfied with my experience at dreams.The salesman Chris and also Lucy were extremely helpful with my needs.

I liked the fact that i could try before I bought a product, but I could have got the mattress a lot cheaper on line. I really am pleased with the bed itself

The store was not too busy. Therefore there were plenty of staff. They were courteous and polite and not pushy with the sale all in all it was a very comfortable shopping trip

I was not happy with excessive delivery charges and recyling fees which were advised once I had decided on a purchase. Prices displayed should include delivery as therenis not an option to purchase matresses without delivery. Other stores include free delivery and disposal. I think that it is excessive that Dreams charge near £80 for this despite charging higher than average prices for goods supplied.
