Friendly staff had lots of beds on display

After getting fitted on the mattress fitting machine I was given plenty of different options to try. I was taken around all the options and given plenty of time with each of them, I never felt like I was rushed, which is ideal. Once I was down to the final 2 options I was given even more time to make my final decision and I never felt like I was pushed into any decision. Donna was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products I was shown & understood my needs perfectly.

Friendly staff and excellent customer service

Andrew was attentive and courteous. He listened to our needs and recommended the bed he thought best with confidence. He seemed to have good knowledge and experience. Andrew gave me confidence to order expensive beds and feel I was making a good investment.

We arrived early but staff very attentive straight away but without being over bearing. Gave advise but also left us to browse. Whole process completed in 30 mins.
