Chris who served me was very attentive and had a Good understanding of what I required. He did not try to push me into spending more than my budget and I came away very satisfied that I had purchase exactly what I required. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was the cost of delivery, but Chris discounted that down to a more affordable price. I purchased my last bed from Dreams approx 10 years ago and that has been a good bed.

I think your description of the matress composition-size and firmness could be clearer -perhaps the stands at the end of the beds could contain ALL the information.

We found the bed and headboard we wanted to buy, decided to spend more by purchasing an otterman style base and then asked the manager about paying. We were told the different options available to us and we decided on the buy now pay later option. We asked the manager if we took this option out would we have to pay a fee if we paid on our credit card at the end of the 10 months, we were told that the amount we would have to pay was £2.00. When we came to sign the credit agreement after having a credit check done on me, I read through the paperwork and discovered that actually we would have to pay a 4% charge on the £1000.00 we had spent when the 10 months finally came to an end, this wasn't what we were told initially. I then said that I didn't want to take this option out then, and the shop assistant then had to ring through to the finance department and speak to an underwriter to have the first agreement cancelled because I didn't want another credit check done on myself when I had already had one. We arrived in the shop at 12.30 and didn't leave until 3.30pm. It was very stressful and unprofessional.

satisfied with the store manager rick, who was very helpful and understanding of my needs, not pushy at all. I decided to return to buy said bed, but another colleague dealt with me. She was very rude and quoted a different price to what has been said, and then relaying remarks 'like well that's my stupid managers fault for telling you that price'. This made me and partner very uncomfortable. Not only this, but it felt like she was just pursuing it as a quick sale for her to hit her target/quota.... The store manager helped and told us that the price he quoted was the right one. But not exactly the whole experience I wanted to go through, where i ended up feeling pressured and misslesded, by the one colleague.

I'm not satisfied about one manager of your store , she was really unfriendly. Also I need to wait for new cover for my mattress about 4 months

We orderd wardrobes and bed frame about 6 months ago but it took almost 3 months to get the full order to us .The manager agreed to give us £100refund because of the problems we had with the bed but when we recieved cheque he had only sent a cheque for £80.so wev had to go back again !

The fact that i already had an account with dreams i had already purchased an expensive bed already but they wanted all sorts of details i didnt have to hand ie passport i explained i already had an account but they werent very bothered.

purchased dble/bed Lucia grey fabric in the sale, priced at £319.00 with sales discount -£39.00 net price £280.00 , Tracey the assistant said she would not charge us for delivery of £39.00 but was charged £319.00 so still paid for the full price on the bed, should have only paid £280.00 surely? or is this sales technique to think you are getting a bargain!
