On entering the store I asked a male assistant where I could find the rolled up mattresses. He just pointed to the back of the store. However his female colleague said would I like to see what they were like as on display. She was very good and explained the difference between the different mattresses and then took me to where they were located. II purchased a double rolled up mattress. No one asked if I needed help to get it to the car or even opened the door for me. I had to drag it out of the store and it got stuck In the door and then drag it to the car. Very disappointing!

Coustomer service personall need more traning and honest they lie for little think

I have many health problems. As i have to sleep propped up it was suggested that we should invest in a 4000 pound bed with temper mattres on it. I felt patronised and belittled. I knew what i needed to sleep on. when the assistant went back to the desk i felt they were laughing at my predicament. We wont be shopping at dreams again.

I thought the staff that delt with us were lovley but the whole experience was ruined when it came to delivery and delivery charges. Firstly they are rediculously high and I feel the at the compant is deliberatly screwing consumers over with this. The way the charges are done are also very misleading. When shopping to get the best you can on a budget it also made us have to leave making the purchase in the first place. Not impressed dreams infact you are more of a nightmare. i only hope the delivery does come on time and is smooth.

headboard ordered early in april, not received on day promised. had to phone shop otherwise I would not have found out what was going on .Now I must wait until the end of april to receive the headboard .So we are still waiting. Compensation has been promised . Its all a bit NAFF
