THe order was due today . My husband phoned the store to be told it was not on the system as I had called to amend the order . He has lost a days work . I have not contacted anyone to amend the order . I am furious

The service was highly disappointing because the lady who served us was so laisy and I did not get what I needed

3 points asked for 1. no wool in mattress 2. hyperalegenic 3. no turning required all three points ignored and mattress failed but was not spotted till later at home on your website. returned to store at Erdington on Sunday 6/10/2017 told to ring customer services. deputy manager ask for reason when told checked and agreed.

We paid for and ordered memory foam pillows and mattress. We were able to take the pillows home with us. However, the memory foam pillow is treated with a chemical that made me dreadfully ill. I have soar throat, backache, stomach cramps, headache, flu-like symptoms and nausea all because of the chemical used in the foam. I am highly sensitive the toxic fumes and did not realise it was the memory foam. I rang your store 5 days later when I realised what causing the symptoms, to be told that Dreams have never had any issues from any customer they have sold memory foam pillows to. I went on google later that evening only to realise that memory foam products contain a chemical which can cause adverse side effects to what I have been experiencing. When the bed arrived on 1/4/16 my husband smelt the mattress and instantly got a headache from the chemical.

I was completely satisfied with my experience at Dreams. The manager helped me every step of the way even when I was getting confused due to my chronic illness. He went out of his way to explain what I was buying and the prices etc.

I was charged for delivery in store but online you offer it for free, so for visiting the shop I was penalised. The assistant didn't make me aware of the free online delivery and therefore I feel ripped off. I am tempted to get a refund and go elsewhere. I also emailed customer services but I've had no reply. I am highly dissatisfied with the conduct of Dreams bed store and will not be returning as a result.
