Andy at the Erdington store was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy at all and gave me enough time to make a decision. I went away to think about the purchase and returned a couple of days later when Tracey completed my order as Andy was not in. Tracey was great also and dealt with my order efficiently, she also gave me lots of time and had a thorough knowledge of the products. I left the store feeling extremely pleased with my experience.

Dealt with Tracey on arrival to the store, she greeted me and my mum with a smiley face and was quick to address all the options and advice on mattresses suitable for my mum as she suffers from back pain. Tracey was really helpful, the best customer service I received in a long time. She was happy bubbly and knew how to interact with people along with giving a excellent service. Will definitely visit again in the future. She definitely deserves a promotion ☺️ thank you.

Very friendly service as soon as I walked in the door. I felt looked after & that I was able to sample all the best options for me & my needs. The member of staff who looked after me was really lovely

The visit was excellent, all staff we spoke to were helpful and polite. We were served by Becky who was excellent, knowledgable and very friendly. The sleep machine was interesting and insightful too.
