Very attentive staff with Friendly disposition- took time to show the different offers available to suit my needs, and explain the different offers. Ordering was simple and great explanation of the pillows on offer along with the Mattress selected. This is my second Oder on dreams on both occasions staff have been very friendly and professional. Looking forward to my new product and better night sleeps or I will be back!!!

Tracey store manager was helpful and not pushy. I didn't check the website before so I didn't have anything in mind, I knew I needed under-bed storage. Tracey showed us the range of beds that satisfied our requirements and I was quickly able to order what I wanted. I also purchased the extra cover and had your delivery men fit the bed for me. All in all, a great service.

Customer service is paramount in people’s shopping experience and I must say that Clare sold us the bed if it wasn’t the fact that she was so friendly and not trying to force the issue we might have gone somewhere else, so thanks Clare
