Claire was great, she greeted us as soon as we walked in, offered us many options for us to choose from so that we are completely happy, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to make sure that we leave with exactly what we want and she went above and beyond to do that.

100% due to the staff members who helped us! Rebecca at Erdington was so lovely and really friendly. We honestly couldn't of asked for anymore from her... She was kind, approachable and made sure we were safe in the store. She also asked all the important questions and made us aware of things that we hadn't even thought of/considered. She was determined to ensure that we bought the right mattress for us and was really detailed in her knowledge/expertise and seemed to genuinely care about us as the customer and that we got what we wanted (even down to menouvering the mattress in the house up to the room). She was fab!! Chris at Solihull was a gem, he helped us consider our options and what would realistically fit withing the space we have. Lovely man and helped us massively.

Rebecca was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. She was a great Listener and very attentive to my 15 year old daughter. She is a credit to your organisation. Thanks you for making the purchase of a new bed so smooth.

As soon as I walked into the store,I was approached by Tracey and asked if I needed any assistance.I said yes please and then she showed me everything I wanted to see. Tracey was very helpful and knowledgable and I would definitely return in the future

Excellent knowledge of the product, did not feel pressured to purchase an item that day. We were offered a drink which was appreciated. Staff were very friendly and professional.
