Excellent customer service from Clair at Dreams at Ravenside retail park, we went on the 'sleep match' and Clair was very patient showing all the beds that fitted the diagnostics. She allowed us time to try again. She was not pushy and we had time to pop out and discuss our options in private. She welcomed us back with a cup of tea. The paperwork was relatively easy and she made it all seem very friendly. The dates for delivery were very good - within a week. Let's hope the mattress lives up to the service. (It didn't really the last time, the bed was fine though. We came back because of the welcoming service)

Although short staffed on the day Rebecca was very efficient and worked hard to meet our needs.

Been greeted by Clair who took great care of us and our needs, Clair has been very friendly and polite and her knowledge of the product was excellent. Clair made sure we understand everything and didn't rush us. great choice of product and impressed by the machine that recommends products after scanning your body.

Donna was very helpful showing me mattresses that would suit my back problems. Also those that were in the sale. I was given plenty of time to choose the right mattress, base and headboard.

Customer service was excellent. Soon as I walked through the door I was attended too. There wasn't any pushy salesman/women either.
