The member of staff Donna was extremely helpful and took a lot of time with us showing us a range of mattresses. She put us on the machine that told us what kind of mattress we needed and matched us with an amazing pillow each

I had made an appointment with Andy and he came up to me as soon as I entered the store. He set me up on your mattress selecting machine to find the best fit for me. Then he showed me the mattresses the machine had selected for me.

I was highly satisfied with my experiance at dreams when me and my father purchased a new mattress. There was a top of the range piece of technology that told my dad what mattress would best suit him and took off alot of pressure you get when shopping for something that you spend half your life in! We was given multiple choices and price ranges of different mattresses that was suited for my dad. All of this was done following government guidelines in a safe covid way. Most importantly the customer service was fantastic. We found the prices slightly high but after a deep conversation understanding mattresses and those of a better quality we felt it was worth the extra price for expert advice. Her customer services skills where that of perfection and she was in no way pushing a sale and understanding and patient with my dads condition (parkinsons) and made us feel at great ease. The lady that served us was very helpful and knowledgeable about our options and went above and beyond to help us, which is why we placed an order and didn't go elsewhere because its hard to find that customer service these days

I supported a client mr fisher to store to purchase a bed and was greeted by Donna. She made Mr Fisher feel very welcome and explained in every detail from frame to mattress type, even pillows, to suit him to ensure he would have the best sleep he has ever had. I wish to pass on our grateful thanks to Donna for making mr fisher visit to dreams perfect & easy .

It was very busy and the staff were having to attend to more than one customer at a time. Donna the sales assistant was excellent helping us and another customer at the same time she was very organised and knowledgable.
