Tracey our assistant was fantastic. Very knowledgeable helped us find what type of mattress we was looking for. We ended up changing to a higher range and ordering a bed frame. The whole process was a pleasure and most certainly didn’t feel like hard sale as I was worried it may of been before entering the store. She is a credit to your team.

I already knew which bed frame I was interested in and the sales assistant showed and advised me on this specific product and didn't try to show me any alternatives. I really appreciated this as I came to the store knowing exactly what I wanted to look at. I also wanted to buy a mattress bur was confused and overloaded with all the information I had looked at online before my visit. The sales assistant helped me to make my choice in a relaxed and informative way. Once I had decided on my purchase the ordering process was very straightforward with a delivery time of just 3 weeks.

Yes!!!!!, First I'm so glad my Dream store was, im a regular customer and will always be, the service was fun and well done. Explanations were well done, and the interaction was great, myself and hubby went yesterday, we bought our new mattress, and today I brought my son to get his. He was very pleased and said 'Mom thanks for telling him to come into store' ,as he was quite satisfied about the quality and the service. Kudos my Dream Store.

The store experience was excellent we where looked after very well explaning the different between the different quality mattress's we where very satisfied and the whole order process was done very quickly

Friendly staff, not pushy either so didn’t pressured, loads of knowledge, felt safe inside the store, went in for a look around to get ideas and came out with a bed, mattress and 2 bedside tables, great quality!
